The ETS Third Party Due Diligence Program is designed to help us identify and manage the compliance risks and obligations that may result from our engagement with you.  Thank you for your participation in this review process, as it is a critical part of our selection process and in the development of a successful relationship.


Public institutions and State funded universities and schools are considered state-owned or controlled for the purposes of this form.

A government official is 1) any officer or employee of any government or any government department or agency (including such individuals who may be serving in other capacities such as an employee of a corporation who also holds a governmental post); 2) any person acting in an official capacity on behalf of any government or any government department or agency; 3) any officer or employee of a company or business owned in whole or in part by any government or government official; 4) any officer or employee of a public international organization, such as the World Bank, the United Nations, etc.; 5) any political party or any official thereof; 6) any candidate for political office; 7) civil servants; and 8) military personnel.








Step 4: Internet-delivered Testing

To administer internet-delivered tests, you will need to provide a secure room for approximately a six-hour block of time.

The TOEFL iBT ® test is typically administered on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. The GRE ® General Test, Praxis ® tests and Georgia Assessments for the Certification of Educators® (GACE®) Assessments are typically administered Monday through Saturday.
